Bailey graduated from Missouri State University in 2020 with a Master’s degree in occupational therapy. Prior to graduation, she completed clinical rotations at Mercy Hospital in Rogers and Freeman Health in Joplin. Bailey is originally from Northwest Arkansas and is excited to move back and join the team at Jarvis. Bailey’s favorite part of pediatrics is being able to incorporate fun while working with children to increase independence and achieve goals.

Abby graduated from the University of Arkansas/University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences in 2023 with a Doctorate’s degree in occupational therapy. She is passionate about serving children and developing their skills to enable them to be successful and independent in all areas of their lives. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends and going on walks with her dogs.

Ron’L enjoys working with children to help little hands do big things! Ron’L enjoys spending time with her friends and family, going to Razorback and Green Bay Packers sporting events, and spending time outdoors. Ron’L is excited to return to Jarvis Pediatric and to begin making a difference in the lives of the children and families that she serves.

Alex received her bachelor’s degree in the behavioral sciences from Harding University with honors in 2017 and received her OTA degree from St. Catherine’s University in 2023. She is passionate about pediatric therapy because she needed occupational therapy as a child. She enjoys exploring NWA, gardening, being outdoors, home renovation projects, and spending time with her husband and dog.

Amanda joined the Jarvis team in January 2016 and enjoys focusing therapy on optimizing a child’s ability to function in the environment. She loves to see the smile on children’s faces when they meet a goal, no matter what size.

Stephanie completed her associate’s degree from Northwest Arkansas Community College as a physical therapist assistant in 2007. Prior to graduation, Stephanie did internships at a local hospital and an outpatient facility.

After graduation, she worked for three years in a local outpatient physical therapy clinic before joining Jarvis Pediatric Therapy in 2010. Stephanie loves engaging her clients in a variety of running and skipping activities, as well as helping children learn to walk!

During PTA school, she completed her clinical rotations at Encompass Health, Apex Physical Therapy, and Jarvis Pediatrics, where she then realized her passion was for children and wanted to continue helping them succeed! She loves to see children thrive in their environment–no matter what that may look like, and she loves being able to use play to achieve that goal.

Sophie is a northwest Arkansas native. She attended the University of Arkansas where she was a student athlete and played on the soccer team. After completing graduate school in speech language pathology, she coached for the Arkansas Comets soccer club for 5 years. She currently lives in Bella Vista with her husband, Mark, and 3 pit bulls, Kai, Zeus, and RJ. They are expecting their first child in September 2020.

You can most likely find Sophie in the Crossfit gym where she and Mark coach classes regularly and also compete frequently in local and regional competitions.

Elizabeth graduated from the University of Central Arkansas in 2020 with a Masters degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders. She moved to Fayetteville to complete her clinical internships at a variety of settings including a public school, outpatient clinic, and hospital inpatient rehab. 

She enjoys traveling, going to concerts, spending time with friends, and hiking with her dog, Sherman. Elizabeth is excited to join the Jarvis team and help kids and families reach their goals! 

Chelsea graduated in 2013 with her master’s degree in communication disorders from the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville. After a year spent working at an in-patient geriatric facilty, she found her passion working with children in pediatric therapy clinics. Chelsea has nurtured her calling over the past 10 years prioritizing continuing education in her field, and loves collaborating with other therapy disciplines to help children achieve their goals. In her free time, Chelsea enjoys spending time with her husband, Daniel, children Millie and Henry, following the Razorbacks, and spending time outdoors.

Tiffany graduated in 2017 from the University of Arkansas with a masters degree in communication disorders. She has dedicated the last six years to the pediatric population of Northwest Arkansas and looks forward to many many more. She has a special interest in dyslexia and is working towards obtaining her Certified Academic Language Therapist certification in the Take Flight program. Tiffany enjoys working with the literacy population and prioritizes making connections, building confidence, and providing a support system for each family. Tiffany began working at Jarvis in April of 2023 and is excited about this next chapter in her career. Outside of the clinic, she spends time with her husband, Josh, and sweet little girl, Stella. She loves a good beach vacation, party planning, coffee runs, and creating memories with her family.

Michele obtained her bachelor’s degree from University of Arkansas Fayetteville before completing her master’s degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences: College of Health-Related Professions. She has worked in both medical and school settings.

In addition to working at Jarvis in the afternoon, Michele works for the Springdale School District where she has worked with students from elementary to high school. She has two children in college at UARK. She has one dog, a dachshund/terrier mix named Chili. She enjoys traveling, hiking, reading, cooking, and attending concerts in her spare time.

Josie graduated from the University of Arkansas in 2023 with a bachelor’s degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders. She is currently pursuing her master’s degree and will graduate in May of 2025. She has experience with all ages in various settings, including public schools and private practices. Josie is passionate and interested in early intervention and swallowing, but she is excited to continue learning about all areas of speech. Her favorite sessions include many play-based activities using thematic units and multi-sensory materials. Some of Josie’s hobbies include baking, playing pickleball, and thrifting. She enjoys spending time outside in nature with her friends and family. She is excited to join the Jarvis team!

Madi Yarbrough earned her Bachelor’s degree in Communication Science and Disorders from the University of Arkansas in 2022. For the past two years, she’s worked in pediatrics as an SLP-A. She’s passionate about helping children communicate in a way that’s both motivating and meaningful. Collaborating closely with families to achieve this goal brings her immense fulfillment and joy. Outside of work, she enjoys hiking, practicing yoga, experimenting with new recipes, and spending time with family and friends. She’s exciting to join the Jarvis team and to have the opportunity to contribute to the growth of children’s communication skills!

Meet Lariza! She joined us in the fall of 2023 and is very excited to meet every single one of you. Lariza has been a part of pediatric therapies since 2022, when she began her journey as an ABA therapist, and is excited to continue her journey with us. During her free time Lariza enjoys reading, playing with her dog Arlo, and spending time with her family and friends.
